Finishing Life Faithfully Parish Starter Package

Looking for a way to share Five Wishes in your parish or small group?  This package provides resources for 10 families with 10 Finishing Life Faithfully guides, 50 Five Wishes advance directives (five per family), a parish guide with tips on using these resources in a church community, and access to a digital video presentation on Five Wishes that could be used in a small group or for individuals and families.
